Do you take insurance?
-
No, however, we are an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies and are able to provide you with a super bill for possible application towards your out-of-pocket deductible. Because all insurance plans are different, it is up to the client to check with their insurance company regarding their acceptance of superbills from out-of-network providers.
-
We encourage clients to seek out coverage information because we have found that often times speech therapy is not covered on many insurance plans depending on the child's diagnosis, and if they are, private pay rates are often lower or equivalent to insurance copays.

We accept private pay via cash, check, credit/debit, health savings accounts, and flexible spending accounts
-
We are an approved provider of the Step Up for Students Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Disabilities (Formerly Gardiner Scholarship)

Due to our current payment structure, you do not need a referral; however, a pediatrician's referral is always recommended to ensure an interdisciplinary approach

How many sessions does my child need each week?
-
The frequency of therapy is individual to each child and will be recommended following the evaluation

How long is a session?
-
30 minutes

How long does therapy take?
-
Each child progresses in therapy at their own rate but progress is largely dependent on consistency and family involvement to facilitate carryover into the home environment when the SLP is not around.
-
Your child's progress in therapy will be re-evaluated every 6 months and at that time we will recommend to either continue treatment or be discharged from services. Children may be discharged prior to the 6 month mark if they have mastered all of their goals.

When is payment due?
-
Payment is due at the time of service
